  • Is there a fee for registration, activation?

No we do not charge any fees for establishing cooperation in both dropshipping model
and classic model.

  • Is it possible to pick up the goods with your courier?

Yes there is such a possibility, when placing an order you need to attach a waybill to the order. This definitely facilitates dropshipping sales in the case of sales through, for example, allegro smart. We do not add shipping costs to such an order only a handling fee for packing materials, foil packs, etc. The fee is fixed and amounts to 2,44 net.

  • Do you support cash on delivery?

Yes, but only in the classic system, we do not handle COD shipments in the system of
Dropshipping with our labels. We do handle cash on delivery orders with customer labels such as allegro smart or shopee.

  • Is it possible to use your images?

Yes, after signing a license for their use.

  • Is it possible to integrate the store's offer with the wholesaler's offer?

Yes, we integrate stores using csv or xml files in standard parameters
free of charge. We also create files on an individual customer order (the file and structure is
created according to customer guidelines). The cost of such a service is a minimum of 200 PLN net.

  • Are discount thresholds available at the wholesaler?

Yes, there are discount thresholds available, depending on the maintained monthly turnover.

  • What kind of dropshipping settlement system is implemented in the wholesaler?

After each day on which the dropshipping order(s) was placed, you receive

payment. Invoices must be paid on time, lack of settlement may result in termination of
cooperation and the accrual of interest or switching to a prepayment model.

  • Do you ship goods overseas?

Of course, we ship goods all over the world, with a special focus on the countries of the European Union and Southeastern Europe.

  • Is consumer credit available?

Consumer credit is available for proven and regular customers and the terms of its allocation are set individually.

  • Do you cooperate with non-business people?

The offer of our wholesale and dropshipping is intended only for business entities running a company in any form of registration (sole proprietorship, company, etc.).

  • I want to start working on my store, but I don't know where to start. Do you provide training?

Every customer with whom we decide to start cooperation receives all the necessary tools to start cooperation. During a phone call we provide basic knowledge about the products as well as the basics of starting cooperation. This knowledge is free of charge.

We also conduct paid telephone and online training courses in which the client receives detailed knowledge about the methods of promotion, marketing and proven in our company tools to promote products and store offer on the Internet. Interested parties receive an offer by e-mail.

  • Are you able to help me open my own online store?

  • I own a store on the Shy-shop platform. Can I cooperate with you?

  • I trade on allegro and handle allegro smart orders. Is it possible to send orders in your wholesaler on allegro smart's own labels?

Yes, there is such a possibility. When placing an order for a specific product/products for dropshipping order, connect in the order generated bill of lading.

  • Is it possible to see the products "live"?
