The most traditional of the traditional types of heel pads. Made of natural cork. Improves the position of the heel, compensates for uneven limb length, supports during rehabilitation of the Achilles tendon. Protects against abrasion. Amortizes pressure, additionally insulates against moisture. Particularly recommended when changing from high-heeled shoes to flat shoes. Self-adhesive.

Directions for use:

• Degrease the shoe lining (using Cean Wipes or Leather Cleaner Super) to increase the adhesive's adhesion.
• Peel off the protective paper from the heel pad. Stick under the heel in the back of the shoe.
